Public Bank Dues

The annual dues for public cord blood banks are $1,500 USD.

For the application, please have available the name and contact information for (1) the primary contact and (2) the medical director, as well as (3) information about your bank’s inventory.

Once we receive and process your application, you will receive a dues invoice.
